Rapidshare Upgrade Completed

Rapidshare has completed its upgrade today and raised the daily premium download traffic from 5 gigabyte to 10 gigabyte. However, free users are now provided limited bandwidth ranging from 0.2 Mbps to 2 Mbps based on the overall traffic. This is aimed at prioritizing premium users. As a compensation, wait time has been eliminated for free users.
